I believe all bodies are good bodies, each with strengths and challenges. Exploring the connection between our minds and bodies and learning to regulate our nervous systems can improve mental health. I like to help people explore helpful tools and strategies such as grounding techniques, mindfulness, mantras and boundary setting. I borrow from motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused interventions. Some of my areas of interest include miscarriage support, breastfeeding stress and grief, motherhood, acquired disabilities and physical disabilities.
